B.C.U. Two Star  - An improvement award that helps paddlers develop fundamental paddlesport skills on flat water. Dates:- 

Introduction to moving water a one-day course   You will enhance your basic paddling skills to develop good foundation skills.  By experiencing the different ways your boat reacts in moving water, you will build knowledge and will learn the techniques to enable you to navigate white water safely. (please ring go2h2o for further details and bookings)
